i got 64.49 percentile in cat 2018 , 10 cgpa in 10th standard , 85.1%in 12th standard and 8.31 cgpa in B.sc. Ag degree? can i get FMS BHU?

FMS BHU generally takes up students with percentiles around 70-75 and it keeps changing from year to year

Yes Some changes for class 10th are following which will be applicabale from 2019:

1.Vocational subjects exam will be conducted in month of FEB,Core subjects marks will be in MARCH

2.Result will be going published earlier

3.More Digiltilisation During circulation of paper

No, you can't miss your middle name in AIIMS application, your name should be same in 10th and 12th certificate.

If you want to change your name then after the MBBS degree the name changes, which will be printed on your MBBS degree.
