I would recommend you to stick to cbse board as NEET consists of questions mainly from the cbse board course
12th marks matter now.
45 is not enough.
If you can give improvement exam its Much better.
The compation is really great .. you need to get atleast 80+
Look aroind and get an information where you can gove an improvement exam for 12thgrade around you.
