The admission to the the IIM is based on your CAT Percentile,your academic profile which includes the marks of 10th,12th and graduation.
Every IIM has different set of eligibility criteria for the selection of the the candidates.

Dear Divyanshu, BHU LLB eligibility is that you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognised University. IGNOU is a recognised University. This is the same for even DU LLB.  So you can apply for both DU LLB & BHU LLB.

There might be some conversion factor to convert your grades into percentage you should ask your school regarding this if there are not able to give you the answer you should contact your board. different boards has different conversion factors therefore you cannot answer exact conversion factor.
