After going through the topics that u have covered till now (i.e 10th), learn the basic concepts and formulas of other topics and by other topics i mean the topics that r actually of 11th and 12th class and u haven't read them yet. Yes, there r such topics

No, It will not create any problem in future. But I think still you don't have to take risk. You can change the name on aadhar card. Its more easy to change.

for government polytechnic colleges you have to appear in entrance exam of polytechnic ,exams are takes state wise ,for instance

if i have given exam of bihar  polytechnic i would only be eligible to take admission in bihar polytechnic colleges.and

You have cleared all the minimum cutoff required for XLRI, but it is difficult to get a call for BM but you have good work ex and decent academic records you might get a call, but you should not be confident that you will get it.Hope for the best.
