For prepration of 12th class i think nothing is better than NCERT books issued by CBSE. So you should firslty prepare from those books than after preparing them you can use any other extra books also do solve last 5 years question papers and sample papers which cbse

Its better to cancel your admission and take fresh admission after releasing of 10th cut off because that will be safe side.
