You can definitely get call if you qualify for cutoff percentile criteria which is 90 percentile in CaT under General category.
Academic are decent so chance shigh if uou scpre above 93 or 95.

According to the IIM admission criteria 2018-20, candidates appearing for CAT 2017 must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 per cent marks (for General category) and 45 Percent (for SC, ST and PWD category) or equivalent CGPA from any recognised university.

Fathers name on the 10th and 12th class certificate and other documents like license,adhar card shoudl be same ,if in case its different in other minor documents its not an issue.Writing the initial in short form would not make any difference,its alright the way it is.

Age Limit: The candidate must have complete 17 years of age.
