His age must be nor ethan 17 years for eligibility.

Domicile pf Maharashtra is must to prove himself from state quota.

Erstwhile he shall be considered OMS Category viz. OUtside Maharashtra Region.

Seats reserved for ImS Category is lesser to 15% only.

For State quota generally 85% seat reserves.

Diploma hokders are not eligible to appear for Jee Mains and Advanced and hence also not eligible for all NITs and IITs.

Studnets with minimum 75% in class12th from recognised board and from science stream are eligible for IIT under General category.
