As also told before, you should write your name exactly as it appears in your certificates and ID card (Aadhar in your case). There is no rule stating that you cannot write an abbreviated name or vice-versa.

As per the information bulletin of NEET released by CBSE earlier this year, it was specified that the name of the candidate must be written in a way same as given in the Aadhar Card. Besides that, students were suggested to write details as per their Aadhar Card

You don't require class 10 migration certificate in neet counselling, but class 10 certificate is required as proof of age.

Documents required for NEET counselling are:

Admit Card

Score Card

Class 10 Certificate as Proof of Age

Class 12 Certificate

Identity Proof

Category Certificate issued by a competent authority
