You need to take PCB in 12th to be eleigiel for giving neet exam and securiing a seat through it. If you have completed your 12th with PCB how are eligible for neet.

You will have to write an application asking for you original documents in order to produce them for neet counseling. Once counseling is over you may re submit them.
As long as you are 17 complete by the end of the year you write neet ... you are eligible

If you have done diploma from a recognised institute or board, you would be eligible to apply for IPMAT. Make sure that you have all the documents (certificate/mark-sheet/grade-sheet) related to your diploma and you have minimum 60% marks in diploma course. You must have at least 60% marks
