You will have to write an application asking for you original documents in order to produce them for neet counseling. Once counseling is over you may re submit them.

If you have done diploma from a recognised institute or board, you would be eligible to apply for IPMAT. Make sure that you have all the documents (certificate/mark-sheet/grade-sheet) related to your diploma and you have minimum 60% marks in diploma course. You must have at least 60% marks
Different school has different rules, but majority don't take.
