First and foremost CBSE is very careful and avoids using words like fail for its students to not give them pressure so don't use it. Moreover improvement exams can be only given by students who have qualified or cleared all the papers but are not happy with their scores

what " maximum grade point" in class 10 and 11 means in phase II form of neet?

Maximum grade point in standard X and XI in NEET phase 2 registration form basically means the maximum CGPA one can score (in 5 subjects excluding 6th additional subject). CGPA stands for cumulative grade point average.

For CBSE medium students maximum CGPA that one can score is 10. So

Ask some local guardian to sign it for you. Your mother can sign it.

If only father sign is compulsory then try to copy your father sign and you just sign for that.

It is not necessary that he should only sign. Boards just need confirmation from your parents

Don't worry.....When you get the result after SSC exam, if you have passed, you have to give all the subjects for improvement exam.....Then your result will come including all the subjects And if you have failed in one or more subjects, then the exam for improvement does not
