Because the marks you will get in 12th board will be high than if you compare to any state level exam. This may be benifite for you.

I have visited too many sites and I found that in India you have not any choices to do fine arts after 10th.
You can study fine arts after 12th.
So be petient dear. Complete your intermediate first.

if your score is 90 in MHT CET, let me tell you honestly, this is not a good score for take admission in good private college.
you can get admission in any average or below average college with this marks.
