Yes you can take admission in bcom despite being from the science stream. You can apply to colleges affiliated to Mumbai University for bcom. Fill the online registration form which is available on the official site and also get the prospectus from the colleges you want to apply to.

Yes you are eligible to take admission in NITs.

You qualify your top 20 percentile , it is not required to score 75%.
