If you are from the reserved category of sc&st then you can get good college otherwise you will not be getting colleges as you need to score above 120 to get the elite colleges like that of several NITs.

if you scored 50 marks in the jee-mains exam then you qualify for the counseling process of the engineering college. through counseling, you can get a seat into colleges.
this year cutoff is 45 marks for OBC students in the jee-mains exam.

Your HSC scores have nothing to do with your selection process into Jipmer which solely depends on your performance in the jipmer exam and the rank you achieve. Your boards score are only to make you eligible to write the exam which you are. So all the best!
