Actually, your question doesn't make any sense. "I have lost my 10th certificate but I have an original one" - What dos tis mean? If you have the original 10th certificate with you, what is the problem? They authorities require you to submit the original 10th certificate, and

To give CAT for admission in IIM-Ahmedabad. You must fulfil any one of the following conditions in order to be eligible for the exam:
Bachelor’s Degree with requisite percentage of marks Or
Professional Degree with requisite percentage of marks Or
In the final year of Bachelor’s Degree with requisite
Though you have not mentioned your category i assume you to be of general category.since for other categories cutoff is much less
For BVSc
Ow category previous year cutoff was 68.6
And for CW category it was 67.4
80 marks are quite a good score even then, you can get
