U can get rural quota but BMS bit colleges having low cut off for different category so if u belongs to GM than u can't get That CLG...but u can try for others.

Yes you have good background academic, although if your score is 80 in Jee Mains then it can fetch you low ranked colleges under general category.

Hi,
You get admission or not it's totally depends upon that's school's criteria. Like Some school has rule that if you are want to admission you must have 50% marks.
Contact your school where you want to study.
