12th board marks don't matter in admissions. Considering you have got 60 marks in MHTCET; it is pretty unlikely that you will get admission in VIT, Pune. It is very difficult to get admission with these marks. You can check the following link to get rough idea about cutoffs.

12 th hsc mark is not related to neet marks. .just understand the concept nd study ur hsc.. For neet it depends on the category u belong.. It will be published at the site
You have decent chances of getting Aeronautical Enginnering in MIT Chennai, moreover if you are focusing on getting into MIT, Chennai, you can get Automobile Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering.
