Hello Ayush,
There are no perfect age for class 10 examination. However, 12-14 years is considered as good age for class 10th exam.
But don't worry about your Date of Birth. It will not affect your career.

You should appear for all the major exams - CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, IIFT, TISSNET

Do remember that there is no quota system in NMAT and XAT. You should aim to score above 95 percentile in the exams.

Getting a NIT or IIT is quite tough and so is getting a Government college. 

However , you can easily get top private colleges.
