as you got good rank in jee main and also got in other competitive exams as if you need seat or admission in coep engineering college you have to get avove 45 or 50 % in mhtcet to get cs branch thank you

If you want to pursue computer science engineering or software engineering, then its definitely recommended to take up Programming language like C++ and Java.
However, they shall ve part if curriculum in first year itslef.

I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score atleast 99.8 percentile to get a call for the next round of IIM A, 99.5+ for IIM B and 99+ for IIM C.

I think you have a decent chance in MHTCET as you do have a good score in the former exam so i will advise you to go with the MHCET score and enrol in the counselling as something good is waiting for you.
