No, there will be no problem if you fulfill other eligibility criteria. 

According to the eligibility criteria you should be born on or after October 1, 1993 for general category. JEE Advanced can be attempted maximum two times in consecutive years.

If you will complete your 12th class

If you are a bonafide resident of Gujarat, then your son will be eligible even if he has studied in another state.

The other clause given in the brochure is 

A candidate who has passed the Qualifying Examination from any other State and, 

(i) has appeared in GUJCET conducted in

Yes Rohan,  you can take admission in NDRI after class 10 for diploma. 

Available diploma courses in NDRI are

1.Diploma in diary Technology .

2.Diploma in Animal Husbandry and dairying.

I want to tell you that one of the eligibility criteria for NEET 2018 is you should have passed 12th or equivalent examination or 12th appearing students can also apply. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English should be compulsory subjects. And your score should be minimum 50% for PCB

After completing class 10th you can either opt for science for 11th & 12th and after this  or You may directly select diploma in computer engineering or diploma in IT. But I want to suggest you to complete 12th first then the aea of scope will increase for you than
