Very less chances to be honest based on your academic profile and no work experience. It is better you get some work experience before you go for MBA to strengthen your profile.
The minimum eligibility to get a bachelors degree is 12th pass as you have not done the same so as per UGC norms you are not eligible for udergraduate programs. So I would suggest you to get admission your 12th first and then get admission in UG course.

You will be able to correct the wrong submitted information when the correction facility of JEE Main application form opens tentatively in January 2018. All details can be changed except the name of the candidate, mobile number, email ID and exam mode from CBT to pen & paper.
Kota is good but there are many instituite like Aakash, Ressonance etc. You can choose & join as per your convenience after 10th. But Self study & hard work should be your first priority.

Your Aadhaar card details and 10th class marksheet details should be same.
You have to submit a correction request at Aadhaar centre. The updated details in Aadhaar may be corrected in JEE (Main) at the time of correction dates.
