If you got good score in exams like Cat,mat,atma,cet they dont consider your undergradution percentage however you have above 50% they do consider only in how many years you have complete.

To give NEET exam, candidate has to be an appearing or 12th passed as this is the basic criteria for the same. But can you please clarify which board you are asking for because almost all board exams are held in the month of Feb-March.
