what is the meaning of local and non local?studied upto 10th in telangana and 12th in andhra..where is my local status?

Basically during counselling they will ask you to submit proofs that you studied atleast 7years in that state and ideally i feel you can apply for telangana colleges.And at the same time you can apply for andhra colleges as a non local.

No, 10th class percentage is not important for CGPET Counselling. You just have to show your marksheet of class 10 to verify the documents.

Biology and drawing are two extremely different subjects. However, if she wants to pursue drawing/art, she can opt for any stream, Science, Humanities or Commerce, and pursue art as an elective subject. Most of the CBSE schools don't offer Drawing as a core subject. So, she can study biology along

Go for sastra. Probability of getting good colleges through josaa is less for you.and as compared to sastra. So i advice you don't leave this golden chance and go for sastra.
