I want to tell you that one of the eligibility criteria for NEET 2018 is you should have passed 12th or equivalent examination or 12th appearing students can also apply. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English should be compulsory subjects. And your score should be minimum 50% for PCB

After completing class 10th you can either opt for science for 11th & 12th and after this  or You may directly select diploma in computer engineering or diploma in IT. But I want to suggest you to complete 12th first then the aea of scope will increase for you than

In order to take admission in medical colleges you need to complete your 12th class or you should be appearing.

You have time to appear for medical colleges.

In order to take admission you have to appear for NEET exam. It is one of the competitive level exam

If your 12th included Physics, Chemistry, Bio and English and you are from state board/CBSE/ICSE, then it is Code 2.

If your 12th was from intermediate then code 3.

If your paramedical is a three year course and your first year has PCB and English then Code 5.
