The gap years between your 10th and 10+2  doesn't matter dear, also there is no upper age limit for Neet 2021 examination so you are still eligible for Neet  2021 examination provided

Hi,

You do not need any birth domicile certificate for admission into the medical colleges in Delhi. This is because you already have passed your class 10 and class 12 from Delhi. So, there is no as such need to apply for a domicile certificate for admission into the Delhi
