See there's no specific criteria of academics which applies to all IIM's.
For example :- IIM Kozhikode and Indore gives good weightage to academics which isn't the case in other IIM's and B-schools.
My suggestion would be that you try to maintain 75% aggregate so that you will not miss

Based on your academic profile you have less chances to get into top IIMs.
IIFT is one of the BSchool in India which does not give much weight age to your past academics. If you have the basic qualification and clear written,GD,PI and Essay writing you are through.

Metric certificate is your 10th pass certificate, and it depends on officials like what all documents they have asked for and what all document they will accept but generally colleges do accept 10th certificate also. They ask for the same, just to check the D.O.B.

In top B School eligibility is Minimum 50 percentage in graduation and if you extremely well in graduation and score more then 90 percentile in cat or mat then you have chance to get the seat in top B school.
