Sir, in my class 10 and 12 certificates, my fathers name is PROMOD SAH but in all other documents(Aadhar, pan card etc), my father name is PRAMOD SAH. Will I face any problem in NEET UG counselling or during admission??

during neet registeration if my mothers surname is different in class 10 and 12 marksheet then which surname should i use in registeration , it will be accepted or not ?

Hi Soni,

The surname that you have in your birth certificate is considered to be legitimate. You should check that and fill the same name in NEET application form. Also, you will have to get your marksheet corrected from which the surname do not matches from birth certificate.

No the surname of your mother as well as yours should be same to that of mentioned in your class 10th marksheet and if it will be different then there are high chances of rejection of your application .
