see if you have taken science stream, it is mandatory to take physics, chemistry and mathematics and in fourth subject you can take biology/ statistics / computer science etc.

Yoh can study law courses by taking science in class 11 and 12. The minimum eligibility to apply for a undergraduate course( integrated degree +llb course ) is 10+2 from a recognized board.

If you like sciences you can do B.Sc degree and apply for 3 years llb course

If you wants to know about stream is best in 11th then there is no best stream after 10th. All the streams like science, commerce and Arts  offer good subjects and offer various opportunities to enter into very good careers and opt for good courses after 12th.
