No , there is no need to study physics, chemistry, Mathematics and Biology etc in your 10 + 2 education to be eligible for civil services examination like UPSC etc

Domicile quota depends upon your senior secondary school and that should be in Delhi. If you are doing private than your examination centre should be in Delhi.
And also that you should have your domicile of Delhi. If you have this then you can get quota in NEET.

You didn't Mentioned your Stream of Class 11th and 12th. But I'm assuming you are from science stream from maths.

For Physics - Class 11th

  • Laws of Motion
  • Rotational Motion
  • Oscillation and Waves
  • Gravitation
  • Thermodynamics.
