To your preparation to 11th std entrance exam you have not mentioned specifically for which Institute you want to apply for , so if you want to prepare for engineering and want to get into a good institution like fiitjee, you should make your base strong in physics,

You will be able to write your exams as they will only be checking your AIIMS application sheet.
You will face problem during Counselling if selected. While your documents will be verified, you need to submit your +2 results copy. The officials have the sheet of roll no corresponding details

In order to score a good marks in the NEET 2019 examination, you should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Biology of class 11th & 12th at least 2 or 3 times for basics, your basics should be very clear upto class 12th. After that HC Verma

In the physics portion for JEE Main, there are 11 topics which you should spend good amount of time on:

Question lacks the basic details making it difficult to answer
Topic Tagged to the Question are not relevant to Question
Question drives traffic to external sites for promotional or commercial purposes
The Question is not relevant to User
