The fees that you have paid to the coaching institute will most probably not returned. All you can do is, if wish to discontinue your coaching classes talk at the reception desk and tell them your condition and what do you want to do next .

Yes you will get state quota if you appear for any university or college in your state.
There is nothing to worry about wether you will not get state quota.

If you have already passed class 11 then don't repeat it , the one thing you can do is start clearing your base , and now focus on your boards you still need to achieve a minimum criteria of percentage to sit in NEET exam .

If you repeat class 11th there is no issue, but make sure you then continue class 12th without a gap of years.
You will be eligible for NEET if you qualify both class 11th and 12th along with the practicals in subjects physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology.

Almost each and everyone had this while in class 11, including me. Wen i was in 10th i got somewhere between 80-82 %, i know it is not that good but the type of student i was in class 10, it was like 99 for me.

Yes definitly there is no upper limit age criteria for NEET UG. So if you want to start all over from 11 std by taking biology you can do it at your lisure.

The essential eligibility criteria is to pass 12 std with physics, chemistry and biology.

No there are not any extra topics rather than class 11 and 12 syllabus but you need to focus on some topics which is generally ignored by students biomolecules, chemistry in everyday life, polymers, logic gates, etc.
