As per the eligibility, You should have an aggregate of at least 60% (class XII) in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi. You can check the complete eligibility with the given below link.

Yes you can change stream from science (PCB) to arts in class 12th but only if your school has no issue and allows you to do so.
You will have to speak to the coordinator or principal at your school to check whether you would be allowed to change

Dear Shubhi, after 12th, you can join the Navy either under Sailor Entry or Officer Entry.

Under Sailor Entry for:

  • Artificer Apprentice, the minimum educational qualification should be 10+2 with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory. Candidates should be aged between 17-20.

According to the authorities, the syllabus of JEECE will be similar to the 10+2th  standard CBSE syllabus. So I would suggest you to complete your Class 11th & 12th syllabus well. You can check JCECE syllabus with the given below link.

Both the subjects have a lots of scope in future. If you go with biology then you need to study a lot you need to study for more 10-12 years to become doctor. If you go through maths you have many opportunities such as engineer, Manager, Etc

Its good to know you are serious about NEET exam. Since you are in 11th grade, try and concentrate more on basics. PCB is the core subjects in NEET. As long as your basics is strong , you can solve and crack any exams.
