Dear Dentil, one of the criteria for NEET 2019 is that you should have completed atleast 17 years of age by December 31st 2019. Assuming that the rule remains the same for NEET 2020, if you turn 17 atleast by December 31st, 2020, you will eligible for NEET 2020.
