Yes surely you can because Computers science Engineering stream shall need students who have PCM combination with minimum percentage as per college requirements and must have appeared for its accepted entrance exam.
If you fulfill all of above you can surely take CSE without any problems whatsoever .

The codes which are given by NTA are very difficult to understand.
Here I simplified the codes
Code 1 - 12th students giving their boards in 2019
Code 2 - 12th passed out students 2018 without gap in between 11th and 12th class
Code 3- 12th passed out students
Here is the eligibility criteria for NEET EXAM;
1. Candidates minimum age should be 17 years as on December 31,2019.
2. Candidates maximum age should not be more than 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category.
3. Candidates must scored minimum 50% of marks in
class XI and class XII almost equal parts in JEE main but for mathematics 12th class is some higher weightage as well as chemistry , for Physics it is almost similar.
