To be eligible for NEET, you should be 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Science is not compulsory in 12 if you want to prepare for NATA exam. You can take commerce or arts as well. Yes physics, chemistry and Mathematics are compulsory subjects as eligibility criteria says. Applicants must pass class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 50 percent

Make fixed time table by devoting fixed hours on weekdays for study and revision on weekends. 

You shoukd also complete syllabus within deadlines. You can taje short breaks in between to refresh so you can accelerate as well and enjoy studies.
