You can not appear in COMEDK UGET till the time you either are appearing in 12th final exam in the same year you plan to take COMEDK UGET or you have already passed 12th.

Syllabus for neet comprises both of class 11th and 12th. Even the weightage for both classes is nearly equal, so you have to be equally conversant dear and remember to build basics properly you cannot jump off the ladder right? So study both the class syllabus properly, only then NEET

The notification for all the medical entrance tests clearly states that irrespective of the number of times you have appeared for +2, your score in the latest attempt is taken into consideration while checking your eligibility. SO attempts will never be a hinderance in this regard.
