Syllabus for neet comprises both of class 11th and 12th. Even the weightage for both classes is nearly equal, so you have to be equally conversant dear and remember to build basics properly you cannot jump off the ladder right? So study both the class syllabus properly, only then NEET

as you qualified JEE Mains with OBC quota and you are eligible to get a seat in mains accepting colleges based upon your ranking but any other marks other than mains will not be considered to make your Mains Ranking better .
