According, to the changes MHT CET level is raised to JEE Main and 20% weightage will be from 11th class and 80% from 12th class

Yes dear you are eligible.
Make sure you have at least 50% marks in PCB Class 12th
And you meet minimum and maximum age requirement for the exam.

Since you are from telengana where both Inter 1st year(11th class) and Inter 2 nd year (12th class)
conducted.

The marks from both years are combined and will be given as final score out of 1000

So both year marks are considered.
