In order to appear for EAMCET you should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. It is important for the candidates to satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as per the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
The syllabus depends which particular entrance you want to apply for but generally 11th and 12th both should be there.
