Hello Danish, After 12th science, almost all fields are open for you. Based on 12hth science, you can go for NEET (National Eligibility and Entrance Test for Doctor's position) which almost science student opt for.
Or you can go for BA LLB (Law), Bachelor in Pharmacy too... Best of

No, there will be no problem if you fulfill other eligibility criteria.
According to the eligibility criteria you should be born on or after October 1, 1993 for general category. JEE Advanced can be attempted maximum two times in consecutive years.
If you will complete your 12th class
For physics and maths cengage publishers are good.
For chemistry you can go through NCERT, R.C.Mukerji and O.P Random and modern ABC chemistry
Dont target to score like this. It is a bad strategy. Becausethey keep on changing the weightage of topics in exam.
Most of the chapters of 12th are continuation of syllabus in 11th.
So you must concentrate on making good short notes of imp. topics of std. 11th to take
