It doesn't matter even if there is a gap of one year between your 11th and 12th if you are not doing any course right now or you are doing a graduation course but you don't have either physics or chemistry or Biology or don't have all of these
I didn't get you what do you mean by non attending because if you are in 10+2 then it's compulsory to attend the school. Also, studying in school won't hamper in your Neet preparation as the syllabus of Neet is basically the syllabus of 10 + 2 for physics
