Following are the criteria for neet and aims.

A student must have completed an age of 17 years at the time of taking admission in neet. For SC/ST students the age limit is 25 years.

Marks in physics, chemistry and biology taken together should be 50% or more.

The calculation for cutoff marks wont vary. Its always (Maths +((physics+chem)/2)), but apparenty the cutoffs for top colleges are reduced . Please check TNEA website for more details.
