I got 82 percentile in jee mains and 60% in class 12th board,So m i able to go for JEE advance?

yeah ! probably you will get advanced but not upto you prefered college you may get like IIT Delhi , IIT BUbaneshwar , IIT ROORKELA ,IIT Dhanbad , IIT khargpur ,IIT chennai , IIT mandi ,IIT Khureshtra you may get you may get Because of less percentahe in board but based on your category i may help you if you have any doubts or suggestion coment i will help you more to sort out
If you belong to general category, then you have not crossed the cutoff of JEE mains 2019 so you are not eligible for JEE advanced.
And as per the eligibility criteria of JEE mains, you must score at least 75% in your 12th board to take admissions in IITs. And since you have only 60% you are not eligible for it.
