Sorry but No you have no chance  because you cleared your jee mains percentile but you have below 65 percent in board and according to rule, for sc/st category you should have above 65 percentage. So bad luck but never loose hope.  

According to me if you had given jee advance so you can not from general category because you would be  from  general category you could not give exam by 74percent in Board so it's mean your category is sc/st so if you cleared jee advance so you can get seats
