The list for top 20 percentile will be released before counselling on the official website. 

But I am sorry to inform you that you won't be able to make it to the top 20 percentile. 

You should look for other state government college or private college.

There are many colleges that give admission on the basis of 12 marks , if are from up then uptu colleges like kiet, gl bajaj ,NIET.

Dear Srishti, there is not separate cutoff of any state board for IITs you have to first clear jee mains then you have to clear jee advance then you get admission in IITs colleges. But if you have exceptionally well marked in board exam you get some well govt colleges

No dear Abhishek for getting admission in IIT you have to clear jee advance which is the second step of jee. The first step is jee mains if you clear jee mains then you are eligible for jee advanced.You cant get IIT college through 12th percentage.So dear if you want
