For percentile let say more than 90%ile, the person will be in a safer zone for getting into top NITs with a good branch. So, you needed to score a lot-lot better than what you have at least to get into the NITs. It is frankly not possible

Sorry, dear Banshi, your percentile and your 12th percentage are very low through this you can get any marine college but you can get through the entrence exam, you have to give entrance exam getting good marks on it and you can get them easily good college of marine engineering
