Class 12 marks doesn't effect admission in medical college through NEET examination. But note that in the qualifying examination a candidate need to score minimum of 50% for unreserved category and 40% for OBC/SC/st category Candidates.

Your OBC category certificate will definitely be accepted by the jee advance board, only one condition applies that you should have your certificates updated. I mean to say that it should be be more than 6 months old otherwise it will be rejected by the verfiers.
