If we look at JoSAA counselling list of opening and closing ranks then there in no reservation for OBC in BIT. So, you would be considered under general category and I am sorry to say that, for that with your score it's not possible to get seat there.
Dear Akash, as per the previous year data I can give you a rough idea about how much marks you have to get rank around 10000. Your PCM percentage is 75%, if you get 180-220 out of 300 you can achieve rank around 10000 or better than this rank.
