For clearing JEE Mains 2019 cut off percentile for SC is 54.01 and your percentile is much better then this. So, you can easily get admission in VNIT, Nagpur. But there is one more criteria which you have to clear that is 65% in respective 12th board exam.

I am very very sorry to say that you cannot take admission in any central govt. Engineering college as you don't have 75% in boards. I don't know about your state entrance but you cannot seek admission in nit Sikkim . Hope this info would help you.

Sorry to say that your score is too low. By these marks your chances of getting any government college are negligible. In order to get any Nit or IIIT's you Need 75 % in intermediate.
So I suggest you to appear for improvement in intermediate and try next

I am sorry to tell you but since your General rank will be considered during counselling, I don't think you have any chance of getting AKGEC or KIET Ghaziabad. Both of these are one of the top institutes affiliated to AKTU. You should apply for ABESEC, ABESIT instead.
