You may calculate your estimated marks based on the NEET answer key 2019.
The NEET cut off for the year 2018 was 119 for the general and 96 for
ye definitely you can apply.Anyone who have scored more than the cutoff of jee main can apply for JOSSA councelling.Hence you can also apply.

You will have to first qualify the JEE Main exam to apply for B. Tech in GNDEC, Ludhiana. The application date starts 1st June, 2019 and the result will be declared on 20th June, 2019.
