If your 12th results comes late then they are going to give your kcet rank also lately so you need not to worry about as it is impossible to calculate kcet rank without 12th marks .So definitely they are going to release your 12 result before releasing kcet .

Your JEE Mains rank is too high so you can't get admission in government colleges of MP (Jec SGSITS DAVV). Better opt for private colleges which accepts JEE Mains rank and they can give you seat based on your JEE Mains rank.
