The Calculation of marks on the basis of your NTA percentile score would be difficult as JEE Main Exam is in the multiple sessions and the raw marks have been converted into the percentile score using the normalisation process by NTA.

For getting in top 12 NITs with good branch you generally needs rank in general cateogry under 20000. For an OBC cateogry it will be 5000 in OBC. So the crossponding percentile will be aproximately more than 97.5.

To apply for B.Com in Delhi University it compulsory to have Mathematics as a subject in 10+2. No college under the Delhi University takes admission in B.Com without mathematics. Since you did not study math in class 10+2, you can not get admission into B.Com in DU.
