Panjab University hasn't released it's cut-off/merit list for 2019. Your 12th score is good. If you score good marks in the entrance exam you'll definitely get the admission in Panjab University. It is difficult to say that exactly how many more marks you need to get admission in the University

You might get admission in Hindu college for bcom hons, as the last cut off for general category was 97% for the year 2018-19.
